一、区别

1、意义不同

do和does虽然都可以作为助动词原形，但does是do的第三人称单数形式，两者所指的人称不同。

2、主语搭配不同

do可以和表示第一人称（即表示“我”“我们”的英语单词）和第二人称（表示“你”“你们”的人称代词）的主语搭配，而does只能和表示第三人称单数的主语搭配，比如他（he）、她（she）以及它（it）搭配，若是第三人称复数的人称代词，则与do搭配使用。

3、单复搭配不同
